Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We value our customers greatly and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Order processing in most cases will include credit card validation, name and address verification, and fraud protection screening for your security. Order processing also includes sizing and special ordering if required. Once these steps are complete, your order is ready for final inspection and packaging.
- Orders for in-stock items that do not require special sizing or ordering will be processed as follows:
- Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders requiring special sizing ordering will be processed as follows:
- Standard sizes for most rings are size 6 for women and 10 for men. To request a ring in any other size can add up to 5 business days to the total delivery time.
- Some ring materials, such as stainless steel, titanium, or intricately carved or engraved rings must be special ordered, as well as all around eternity bands for non-standard sizes, from the manufacturer. Additional time will be added to the total delivery time.
- If you cannot find what you want among our extensive online selection, please don’t hesitate to contact us for any special requests. We will attempt to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
Signature and Delivery Requirements

For your protection, Diamond Creations always:
- Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing the receipt. Packages are insured by Diamond Creations until they are signed for and delivered.
Diamond Creations is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when considered appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Diamond Creations within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Diamond Creations.
For your convenience, we offer the following shipping choices…
- FREE – In-store pick-up
- Standard – FREE: Orders will be shipped UPS and should arrive within 2-7 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
- Express – FREE: Orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center
- Overnight – $15: Orders will be shipped via UPS Overnight service and should arrive within 1 business day* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
- PO Box – FREE over $30 or $5: Orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 7-9 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
Note: If you order totals more than $50,000, our Online Order Support Department will be in contact with you to discuss special delivery options and fees.
We are here to serve you. We realize that jewelry, quite often, is given as a surprise for special occasions with unique deadlines. Our Online Order Support Department is at your service and will work to accommodate your particular request. We have various packaging options and gift-wrapping is available upon request. Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are non returnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; layaway orders after 15 days from purchase; and custom designed jewelry. If a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange. Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary resize, return and exchange policies. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 15 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship. Similarly, if you plan on picking up your ring from our showrooms, our 15 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order is available for pick up.
- Returns without a Diamond Creations return code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Step by Step Return Process
- Obtain Return Authorization Code (RA #) – Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org call (732) 602-8877 for RA #. The RA# must be written & clearly visible on the outside of your return parcel.
- Packaging Your Return: Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. Address as follows…

Once your merchandise is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance Department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Diamond Creations is not responsible for damaged return shipments, nor lost/stolen return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured.
Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our Fulfillment Center. Following receipt of your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1-2 weeks for full processing. Please allow another 7 – 10 days after processing for your bank to post credit to your account.

Secure Payment Options
Diamond Creations offers layaway payments for customers. After an initial deposit, our layaway plan allows you to make monthly payments on any purchase. Sales tax on orders will be calculated based on the tax rate in effect the date your order ships. Please note, layaway orders are non returnable after 30 days from purchase (initial deposit). Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or if your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified. We can only accept US credit cards online.
Checkout with PayPal: Complete your Diamond Creations purchase using information from your PayPal account.
